Alianza PAIS will begin formulating its legislative strategy

From tomorrow and until Thursday, in an event called “Workshop of programmatic consistency and legislative-political agenda,” the ruling party will design its strategy for the next legislative period, and also possibly define the candidates to chair the National Assembly and the legislative committees.

To analyze the schedule the hundred elected assemblymen of Alianza PAIS (AP) will meet along with the members of the Commission that formed the lists for the last elections: Betty Tola, Minister of Politics; Galo Mora, executive secretary of AP movement, and Vinicio Alvarado, Administration Secretary.

It is also expected that the President and leader of AP, Rafael Correa, will participate in this event.
