Argentina Beats Ecuador in Buenos Aires
This evening the Ecuadorian soccer team was defeated by Argentina 4-0 in South American qualifiers for the 2014 Brazil World Cup in the city of Buenos Aires.
The Argentinean team, directed by Alejandro Sabella and led by their star player Lionel Messi, dominated the game from the first few minutes started.
After the game Reinaldo Rueda, head coach of the Ecuadorian soccer team acknowledged his error. “We were against a team far superior. We made errors.”
The score was opened by Sergio “El Kun” Aguero 19 started the game. Minutes later, Gonzalo Higuain (29′) and Leo Messi (31′), expanded the scoring with a minimum difference of minutes. Angel di Maria sentenced the match scoring the 4th goal at minute 75 of the second half.
Ecuador came to beat 2-0 Peru and now it prepares to face Colombia its next rival. With the victory, the Argentines make 10 units. They lead the playoffs.
