Assembly members are defined in Guayas

Three days before the end of the extension granted by the National Electoral Council (CNE for its Spanish acronym), after they failed to comply with the counting of votes for the various dignitaries in Ecuador, the Electoral Board of Guayas has almost done its work (except the Andean Parliament – 99.76%).
Yesterday, the staff that scrutinized the votes finished their work in all the four districts of the province.
