Bonil was called by the Supercom to hearing of appeals

Cartoonist Xavier Bonilla, known better as “Bonil”, was called by the Superintendent of Information and Communication for hearing of appeals next  January 28at 4:30pm, where he “will present evidence and documents which may be relevant to the content of the internal report that gave rise to the proceedings”.

The document also notes that were also notified the lawyer Ramiro García, Defender bonil and the safe Ximena Martínez, Director of legal management process of Office of the Superintendent.

Past January 20 “Bonil” present with the Superintendency his defense against accusations of that entity by one of his drawings, published last December 28 in EL Universo Newspaper, where planned the raid on legislative counsel, Fernando Villavicencio’s home.

An internal agency report indicated artist delegitimized the action of the authority and supports the social upheaval and misrepresents information.
