Carlos Marx Carrasco lied about Alvaro Noboa’s trip to USA

Yesterday, during a press conference which was held in Industrial Molinera, the Attorney of Alvaro Noboa, Sylka Sanchez, denied statements expressed by the director of the Internal Revenue Service (SRI), Carlos Marx Carrasco, who said the last April 19 that the former candidate, Álvaro Noboa, left the country on March 15 of the year in course, five days before  March 20 date in which it was lifted the ban of leaving   Ecuador.

Through a video news released by the RTS channel, in which Jose Serrano, the Interior Minister, acknowledged that the information revealed by Carrasco was a mistake, to justify it, the Director of the SRI would have said  that “the authorities of the Government of the United States are those who must justify why, at first, they sent a document that (confirmed that Noboa) arrived in a flight from Guayaquil and  then indicated that he disn’t, that it was a mistake”.

Sanchez said that this only shows that the SRI lied and seeks to damage the image of the entrepreneur, and appealed to the President of the Republic, Rafael Correa, to intervene in the case and “open up for dialogue” so he can explain to the country why they pretend to collect $101 million from Bananera Noboa.
