CNE denies handing over the keys to the Alfarista Revolution movement

With the presence of 3 of 5 members the full National Electoral Council (CNE) approved the legal report that denies the handing over of keys and access to the computer system, for the collection of signatures for the registration of the Alfarista Revolution movement, promoted by dissidents of PAIS Alliance.
“Towards a new Citizen’s Polo”, with scope of national action, made the request. The codes were denied “since it did not meet the requirements established for this purpose”.
The applicant political organization must observe that the proposed political, philosophical and ideological principles comply with the provisions of articles 306, 323 (numeral 3 and 5), 348 and 349 of the Organic Electoral Law and Political Organizations, Code of Democracy, as well as the Codification of the Regulation for the Registration of Parties, Political Movements and Registration of Directives, indicates the resolution of the CNE.
While in the ordinary session, the CNE approved the request for handing over the access code to the computer system to the National Accord Movement (MANA), with scope of national action; and, to the DNA Movement, National Democratic Alliance, also with scope of national action. They met the requirements established in the current electoral regulations. (I)
