Compromiso Ecuador files an amicus curiae against referendum
Compromiso Ecuador and the Quito Assembly yesterday presented an amicus curiae that rejects the opinion of the Constitutional Court on the referendum request made by the collective Rafael With You Always, which authorizes the delivery of forms to start the collection of support signatures.
The opinion was reported to the National Electoral Council (CNE), and according to the vice president of the agency, Nubia Villacis, it is mandatory to deliver the forms so this group collects signatures in a six months terms.
