Comptroller ‘reiterates’ that payment must return ISSFA

The State Comptroller ruled in the government, in the special examination carried out the contract of sale of 66 lots of land to the Social Security Institute of the Armed Forces (ISSFA) for the implementation of Samanes Park in Guayaquil.
