The President announced the projects to encourage the return of compatriots with several plans. The Land Plan organizes business plans through agriculture. In Murcia, Madrid, Barcelona and two more Spanish cities, the project has developed 14 headquarters, in which specialized Ecuadorians work on issues of agriculture and finance, who will receive, when they return, 3,000 acres of land in Santa Elena and Manabi.

The Health Plan “I’ll be back for you” is the project destined to the return of medical professionals.
