Ecuadorian military linked to Sinaloa cartel

Police Intelligence  corroborated the presence of active and passive officers, as well as civilians working in the drug trafficking criminal networks, related to the Sinaloa cartel, which is also linked to the former captain of the Land Forces, Telmo Castro.
