Ecuadorian soccer stands in the spotlight again

Ecuadorian soccer leader throughout the year, Emelec, will play this afternoon their biggest game, as if they beat Liga de Quito in the Capwell, they will have secured the first place and ratify the title of first optioned to win the first stage, qualify for the final, and also to the South American Libertadores Cup. Instead, if they lose, they will come down from first place and their chances will be reduced.

The 19th date will also features Barcelona Sporting Club against Independiente in  Salgonquí, El Nacional with Deportivo Quito, Liga de Loja will face Macara in Loja, while Manta receives Universidad Catolica and  Deportivo Quevedo against Cuenca.

This afternoon, soccer fans will also watch the start of the Confederations Cup in Brazil that begins with the match between the locals and Japan, in which also participates Spain as world champions, Italy for being  first runner in Europe , Uruguay, champion of America, Mexico, winner of the CONCACAF, Nigeria, representing Africa, Japan for Asia and the unknown Tahiti, Oceania’s champion.
