Elizabeth Taylor Is Stable
Posted On 22 Mar 2011
British actress Elizabeth Taylor, who was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles (U.S.) last February due to congestive heart failure, is stable, however, her doctors have forbidden visits from family and friends.
Taylor was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in 2004, a disease that prevents heart to pump enough oxygenated blood to meet the needs of the other organs of the body, creating an extraordinary sense of fatigue, shortness of breath and weight gain.
The actress, who turned 79 on February 26th, will celebrate her birthday when she is dismissed from the hospital, said her agent, Sally Morrison.
