Enrique Herreria recognizes his signature on the complaint against Pedro Delgado
On Wednesday independent Assemblyman Enrique Herreria attended at 09h00 the Attorney General of the State to recognize his signature on the complaint made against Pedro Delgado, former director of the Central Bank of Ecuador, for ideological forgery.
Then Herreria criticized the prosecutor’s Galo Chiriboga, late reaction by adding that Delgado should be kept in custody for forging documents.
For over a year Herreria has investigated Delgado’s economist title, who never had it. His sudden departure from the Central Bank and the sudden departure of former Central Bank president, who is also cousin of President Rafael Correa, confirmed his allegations, which he called “official protection.”
While Cléver Jimenez Pachakutik Assemblyman recalled that on August 31, 2012 he sent complaints to relevant agencies. Jimenez blamed the state attorney general, Galo Chiriboga, of the “corruption of this country“, because the officer did not act quickly regarding the complaints against Pedro Delgado.
