Enterprises analyze ways to mitigate impact because of the IVA

With the publication in the Official Registry of the Citizen Responsibility and Solidarity Law, some enterprises are preparing strategies to avoid a decrease in their sales because of the increment of 2 points (from 12% to 14%) of the IVA tax.

“We will apply a discount to the consumes, so that the increment in 2% of IVA does not affect (…), is a voluntary decision, an contribution to our customers” indicated Roberto Quintero, Marketing manager of the hotel, who clarified that this decision only applies for the restaurant.
