Fausto Lupera, candidate for the Council of Citizen Participation and Social Control

On an Interview Fausto Lupera talks about what he would do in case of winning. He says that at first he thought that this figure was novelty of the new constitution, constitution that according to him was not accepted by all Ecuadorians.  But now he says that he agrees with the figure that for examples de position of the observers is something good, that citizens have a voice in acts.

He says that the members of the Council of Citizen Participation and Social Control are independent of a political party. Their duty is to represent the citizen and make decisions in their favor. He says that citizens must be aware that the resources that the government uses are our resources. (I)
