Festival and Parade in Spain due to the arrival of the Wise Men
Hundreds of thousands of Children along with their parents filled the sidewalks of several cities and towns of Spain to take part in the celebration of the Three Wise Men’s Day, a Catholic celebration that commemorates the arrival of the wise men to Bethlehem for the birth of Jesus, arrival that is celebrated with Wonderful Parades across the whole country.

In Madrid, thousands of people saw the passage of floats decorated with dozens of ornaments while slowly moved down the Paseo de la Castellana, accompanied by clowns, jugglers and march bands in a three-hour event televised across the country.
People dressed up as fantasy characters in the parade and gave away candy to children.
Ecuadorian migrants, current nationality of Migrant’s majority in Spain, joined the celebrations, recalling with nostalgia, the Rosca de Reyes and hot chocolate they shared with their families on this day.
