Gabriela Rivadeneira questions the dialogue proposed by Moreno
Ecuadornews:
The executive secretary of the ruling party Alianza País (AP) and former president of the Legislature Gabriela Rivadeneira has differed this morning with the call to a dialogue of Lenin Moreno to former presidential candidates Cynthia Viteri and Dalo Bucaram, to unite in a “Great National Agreement for the Prevention of Drug Use.”
“Dialogue as a principle of social construction is fine. What we can not do is give the floor to the social-Christian right.” “Or to the Bucaramato (a shame in our history) whose agendas are antagonistic to ours, the victorious agenda! The one voted by the people on April 2,” Rivadeneira tweeted.
It is the first time since the ruling party has openly criticized an initiative of the President. Lenin Moreno is also the National President of the Alianza PAIS party. (I)
