The Undersecretariat of Immigration will be in charge of issuing the guidelines for the presentation of the Criminal Record Certificate for foreigners.

In this framework, the Undersecretariat of Immigration and other organizations will request this document from foreign citizens “who enter through the borders of Peru and Colombia to present the Certificate of Criminal Record from the country of origin or residence during the last five years, duly apostilled. ”.
