Guayaquil Will Create a New Management Model to Vehicular Traffic.

A Municipal Public Transit Company will be responsible for creating a new integral management system on transit. The role of the company will be to control, regulate and exercise the management model.

The company will delegate different aspects such as registration, review and vehicular fines to specialized private companies through tenders.

The Chilean firm Soaint Gestion recommended this new model that might have an investment of about USD 16 million. The system allows people receive the fine in the address recorded during the registration. (PLS)
