Gustavo Costas resigned from Barcelona Sporting Club

This morning, Barcelona’s coach resigned the command of the yellow club, after a series of defeats in the second stage of the national championship and the elimination of the South American Cup.

Added to the bad performance of Barcelona at the nationals is the South American Cup from which it was  eliminated in the first round losing to Mineros and also the Copa Libertadores elimination where only managed to win a match.

The Argentinean, who replaced Luis Zubeldia in mid-May 2012, achieved the 14th  star for the  yellow club, who could not get it for 14 years.
