Gutierrez believes that inequality in campaign results is “satisfactory”

Lucio Gutierrez, Ecuador’s former President and leading opposing figure of the current government announced that the results of the referendum, which according to unofficial won the other, is “quite satisfactory” as it shows a glaring inequality in the use of resources in the campaign.
