INCAE Would Annul Delgado’s Title

The director of INCAE, Arturo Condo, in e-mail communication with the Daily Expreso, is adamant that “the title of master granted shall be void” and explains that the college degree that he never got Pedro Delgado, “is necessary to issue the master’s degree.”

The Institute, based in Costa Rica, will develop a process to allow fast annulment of the title, this is what the dean had to say “the Academic Registry that Pedro Delgado did not meet the requirements for the master’s degree and therefore his diploma not valid. ”

Asked about the legal action that could follow the INCAE against what happened, Condo says that that is something that has not been considered, but until Jan. 7 will take the decision, as required.
