Madonna Faces Nine Lawsuits in Russia

This morning it was reported that singer Madonna has to face about nine lawsuits with claims for compensation for more than 10 million dollars in the St. Petersburg court, in Russia, for alleged “moral damage“.

Alexander Pochúev, representing the applicants, said that within the same trial are also involved the organizers of the concert offered last Friday by the singer in the former Russian capital.

Pochúev added that thier clients demanded financial compensation for the “strong moral suffering” caused them to Madonna’s “homosexual propaganda” during his presentation in the city of St. Petersburg, which just passed a law that punishes homosexuality propaganda among minors.
