Management plan of electronic money will start in late October

According to the schedule of the Central Bank of Ecuador (BCE) for the implementation of electronic money in the country, from late October to mid-November in real time,the controlled tests with different types of transaction will be performed​​, reported Fausto Valencia, in charge of the project.

The announcement was made during the signing of the agreement between the BCE and 8 credit cooperatives for the implementation of the pilot scheme to test the operation of the new payment system.
