About three thousand tourists from all over the world, arrived on Saturday and Sunday to the port of Manta, in two cruises. During those two days, the visitors toured some provincial attractions.
First arrived the boat MR Amsterdam, on Saturday morning with 1,800 tourists. The same day departed to the Caribbean. While the cruise Princendam a smaller scale ship, arrived at 06:00 yesterday, with 1,200 passengers and departed at 17:30 to Peru and Colombia.
Tourists were received with an exhibition of handicrafts made in tagua and wood, straw hats and clothing with designs from our cultures, at the Civic Plaza.
Among the places visited, highlighted Machalilla National Park in Puerto Lopez; then, Montecristi, Ciudad Alfaro and part of Manta.
