A home video filmed days after the birthday of the star of “Hannah Montana” generated great shock among their fans.

The video shows how the actress gets drugged with a glass pipe that contains herb salvia divinorum, which has hallucinogenic properties, but is not illegal in the state of California.

The singer’s father, Ray Cyrus, said that he feels very sorry, but the situation is beyond his control.
