New attacks on Gaza left 89 Palestinians dead

Gaza-ataques-89-muertos-IsraelAt least 89 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza today, bringing the total to about 430 in less than two weeks, being this the deadliest day since the start of attacks.

The Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has declared that it will take any action necessary to restore calm and security in Gaza, according has told CNN.

Netanyahu has argued that “Israel’s response has been very measured” and accused the Islamist movement Hamas of “stack bodies for their cause, and the more the better.”

Meanwhile the Israeli army this Sunday accused Hamas of violating humanitarian ceasefire of two hours arranged by the Red Cross to allow the evacuation of victims in Sayaíe neighborhood, in eastern Gaza.
