Nokia Introduces The New E7
The Nokia E7 hits stores this week in an attempt to regain its place in the smartphone market, that Apple and Google are leading.
The E7, also known as Communicator, uses the Symbian 3 operating system, which indicates the line that the Finnish brand will use in its next phones.
The Communicator has a 4″ touchscreen which displays an HD quality image of 640 x 320 pixels. Thanks to its horizontal slider design, a physic QWERTYkeyboard is also included. The latest version of Ovi Maps,3.6, allows users to know their location anywhere with the integrated GPS featured in the mobile phone.
The new Nokia E7 is the key to success in business within and outside the office.The new device also includes Microsoft and IBM professional applications commonly used on a PC, such as Microsoft Mail for Exchange, Microsoft Communicator Mobile, IBM Lotus Notes Traveler, IBM Lotus Sametime, as well as the many other applications that can be downloded on the Ovi Store.
The first phones will be available in black and graphite and have been priced at 600 euros in Europe.
