Norman Wray was Quito Councilor until today.

The Ruptura 25 movement, led by legislator Maria Paula Romo, has decided to establish councilor Norman Wray, as official presidential candidate for the elections of 2013.

Wray, Quito councilor since 2009, today announced his resignation in order to nominate his candidacy for president.

This Sunday Nov. 11, Ruptura’s decision about Wray’s candidacy and other candidacies for vice president, National and Provincial Assembly, and Andean Parliament will be made official. (MZ)
