North Korean Rocket Desintegrates in Flight
Posted On 13 Apr 2012
The controversial long-range rocket of North Korea has apparently disintegrated in the air and crashed in the ocean after a minute of its launch. The Pyongyang regime defied the international pressure of the United States, United Nations, Russia among others.
Even China, an ally of North Korea, warned that they were against the launch. Meanwhile the North Korean regime said that the Unha-3 rocket was going to set a weather satellite in the orbit. The rocket fell at 120 km from its launch site and into the sea that separates the Korean peninsula with China.
North Korea recognized that the rocket, launched from the Tongchang-ri base, did not reached its target. Meanwhile the UN Security Council called for an urgent meeting. (AV)
