Pedro Delgado Did Present a Third Degree Title to Incae
The Incae Business School, a Business Academy of Costa Rica, confirmed to El Universo newspaper, that the current president of the Central Bank of Ecuador, Pedro Delgado, did present a third degree university title to the institution that offers postgraduate titles.
However, the academy did not state which university made such document, since its private information of the student, it was said that it could be authorized by himself.
Arturo Condo, principal of Incae, pointed out that Delgado “fulfilled all the academic requisite. One of them is the presentation of a university title”. Delgado received the degree of Master in Business Economics in June of 1993.
The announcement of Incae was made after the demand of last Tuesday carried out by the independent assemblymen Enrique Herreria against Delgado, for the alleged felony of violating the public trust and serving in a public office that requires a third degree title.
