Authorities in Los Angeles are still investigating the explosion of two dry ice bombs found in restricted areas of the city’s international airport. The Police is still trying to determine how the four artefacts were placed in different areas of the terminal.
The first bomb exploded at about 7:00 pm local time on Sunday, at a men’s restroom located in Terminal 2. The second explosion occurred at 8:30 pm on Monday, in an area accessible only to employees in the Tom Bradley International Terminal.
In the same area where the explosion occurred on Monday, police found two similar devices made with plastic bottles filled with dry ice.
According to the parties, is not believed to be a terrorist attack. Nor was reported injured in any of the explosions and these hardly disrupted the operation of the airport.
