Portoviejo and Babahoyo will have luxury Salsa performers
Roberto Blades, younger brother of the renowned Salsa singer Ruben Blades will return to the Ecuadorian scenarios after seven years of his last visit to Guayaquil.
Today he will perform in Portoviejo (Manabi) at the Club Quinta de Guillen and tomorrow in Babahoyo (Los Ríos) at the Club Music Palace, where he will perform his hits like “Ya no regreso Contigo”, “Lagrimas”. “Si estuvieras conmigo”, “Señora” y “Maria”.
The Panamanian Salsa singer will be accompanied by national and international artists, among them La Tremenda Orchestra, directed by Danny Jimenez and Colombian Alvaro Granobles, who was a member of the Niche group, besides Lizandro Meza Jr. and his Orchestra, and the Ecuadorian group Tri-Ar, who will sing their unreleased tracks.
“We are going to please the audience. We always do a classical medley from the golden age of the Salsa, which was played in all parts of the world”, said Blades, who id returning to live performances after four years of absence.
The locations for the events in both cities have a cost of $10, in general, and VIP $20. Tickets are on sale in the ticket office of the Club Quinta de Guillén in Portoviejo and in Babahoyo in the Club Music Palace, as reported the organizers of the event called “The best of salsa and cumbia in Ecuador”.
