In order to clarify the information that is being delivered by Pablo Yánez, an effective cooperator in the case against the ex-secretary of Communication(Secom), Fernando Alvarado, Carlos Bravo, manager of the Gota Azul company,seeks to deliver to the Prosecutor more of 350 emails.
Bravo’srequest was admitted last Monday, hours before Attorney General (e) Ruth Palacios asked Judge Sylvia Sánchez to set a date to receive the advance testimony of Yánez, former Secretary of the Secom. Tomorrow they conclude the 120 days of fiscal instruction in the cause.
Bravo in his letter states: “The information I intend to deliver contains sensitive data (not for that reason) of several public officials who worked in the Secom and even now, probably, fulfill functions as public servants of the current Government, which is why, worried not only for my own safety but also that of my family, I need, prior to the information to be given, I can be assured of some type of security or protection, also to my children and my wife “.
There is still no response to the request to extract, fix and analyze the emails that Bravo has and with which it seeks to evidence the day to day of the Secom between 2013 and 2017.
