Prosecutor offers to intervene in the case of the Cuenca priest

Jorge Mosquera, another of the complainants, said that the priest César C. also acted with sadism and physically mistreated the school children who were his students.

Relatives and friends who could not enter the meeting, stayed for about an hour outside the Prosecutor General’s Office, with signs in hand, demanding that this case not remain unpunished. (I)
