Rafael Correa, ranks third worldwide by interacting on Twitter

With 71% of interactions, Correa ranks third. The first place is for the president of Rwanda Paul Kagame, with 86% of interactions, and the prime minister of Norway, Erna Solberg, ranks second with 73%.
The PR Burson-Marsteller firm analyzed 669 Twitter accounts of leaders and governments, foreign ministers and chancelleries in 166 countries worldwide. Profiles, history and interactions with other users were analyzed.
The Ecuadorian President, identified in this social network as @MashiRafael, opened his account on October 30, 2010 and has sent 7,999 messages until Wednesday
