With 71% of interactions, Correa ranks third. The first place is for the president of Rwanda Paul Kagame, with 86% of interactions, and the prime minister of Norway, Erna Solberg, ranks second with 73%.
The PR Burson-Marsteller firm analyzed 669 Twitter accounts of leaders and governments, foreign ministers and chancelleries in 166 countries worldwide. Profiles, history and interactions with other users were analyzed.
