Several injured in first running in San Fermin

San Fermin Festival
This morning several people were injured after the festival of San Fermin in Pamplona, Spain.
Hundreds of people dressed in traditional white clothing and red scarf on their neck, ran in front of 6 bulls in the first running of the San Fermin festival this year. One of the bull’s horn reached a shirt and handkerchief of a young man who managed to escape unharmed, despite being dragged several meters.
An 73 year old man, was gored in the leg and taken to a local hospital, while five people had minor injuries.
