Students Threw Eggs because President didn´t Attented
Several students, workers, professors from universities across the country rallied on Tuesday against the presidential veto to the Superior Education Law. This one came into effect on Friday by a Law´s Ministry.
They came from different provinces in order to talk Rafael Correa President. After waiting for a long time somebody tell them they could to talk to President later. Begun Demonstration and students threw eggs against Carondelet Palace. Police guarded the site.
President of National Council of Superior Education (Conesup), Gustavo Vega warned doesn´t take into account law and ask for a constitutional claim. If the appeal doesn´t advance, he will proceed to seek amendments to Law, he added.
Meanwhile students said they will exercise the right of resistance -under the constitution- because law has undermined the participation in the Council.
