So what President Rafael Correa said Saturday in his national 473 bond.

These measures met at a time when the state needs financial resources to address the effects of the earthquake that struck the country on 16 April.

Correa noted that among the assets will sell the government is Sopladora a 487 megawatt hydroelectric plant in which nearly 800 million invested. “It’s almost ready, missing 2%. The investment is nearly 800 million, plus the road are like 900 million dollars,” said the president (I).
