The Organic General Code of Processes will not become effective until the end of 2014

The new Organic General Code of Processes will not become effective until after eight or ten months, according to the timetable of the ruling party.

 “In 2015, with the orality, we will see how the processes are resolved in months. We want that a civil procedure do not take more than nine months between the filing of the lawsuit and its resolution, “he said.
