The regime and the ISSFA make different accounts on debt and contributions

After the controversy that unleashed the cost for the sale of 220 hectares of land of the Institute of Social Security of the Armed Forces (ISSFA) to the Environment Ministry, for the construction of the Samanes Park in Guayaquil, concerns arise around the state debt maintained with such social insurance.
The Coordinator Minister of the Economic Policy Patricio Rivera, admitted Friday that there is a debt of $ 260 million with the ISSFA; however, the delegate of troop personnel, before the Board, Alejandro Valverde, speaks of an amount that would be around $ 500 million.
This would correspond to ten months in arrears of the Government with this insurance, and that would affect, according to Valverde, access to credit and health services (I).
