Posted On 23 Jun 2015
Speed was the name of the Galapagos turtle that lived 150 years and spent 80 of them at the San Diego zoo, in the United States. The turtle was suffering from arthritis, among other health problems, and his last years received medication, hydrotherapy, physical therapy and acupuncture, according to an article published in Los Angeles Times.
This event reminds Lonesome George, who died in 2012, so the American radio NFR shares on its website a song in his memory.
