3 new agents would be involved in the process of the 30S

The Prosecutor Margarita Neira requested the judge D of the North Criminal Judicial unit N ° 2 Albán Borja, the linking of another three agents to the criminal process against 38 members of the national police, among them, Coronel Joel Loaiza.

The last officers linked to the case would have allegedly participated in the protest of the 30S, in Guayaquil, with burning tires outside of the Judicial Police (PJ), located in the avenida José Rodríguez; acts that would be recorded in a video.

The trial was initiated against 25 policemen, for committing an alleged crime of insubordination which would have resulted in the excesses that occurred in different parts of the city.

Judge D decided that next January 2, 2014, it will be carried out the hearing requested by the Prosecutor, who would have a total of 41 people involved.
