30S: Colonel Carrion was Declared Innocent

During the hearing of this Tuesday, judges confirmed and declared Cesar Carrion innocent. They also revoked the sentence of Luis Martinez, Luis Bahamonde and Jaime Paucar who were originally declared innocent will now face a two year prison sentence.
The Third Criminal Chamber of the Pichincha Provincial Court of Justice absolved colonel Cesar Carrion of the charges of attempting to murder the Ecuadorian president Rafael Correa in the police uprising of September 30.
