Cuero Offers Reward for Information about Land Traffickers

Yesterday, governor of Guayas, Roberto Cuero Medina, offered financial rewards for those who give reliable and accurate information which allow trapping 44 suspected land traffickers.

The provincial executive said that the reward will be from $3000 to $5000. Cuero assured that all data will be treated as confidential in order to protect the physical integrity of the informants.

Tony Estacio, Balerio Estacio, Marco Antonio Solis and Sergio Erazo Toral, whom the governor Cuero called “The Four of The Fame,” are the most reported in the police. They all have arrest warrants on invasion charges. While the provincial coordinator prosecutor, Julio Vacacela, confirmed the existence of 44 arrest warrants for others.
