Fabricio Correa Aims a New Referendum If the Yes Wins
Businessman Fabricio Correa, brother of Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa, stated that he will pose a new referendum for the month of September, in the case that the “Yes” wins this Saturday.
If this happens, he will appeal to the city and proposals outcry from parents whose children have been victims of crime, but notes that this will not happen since the differences between the two positions would be narrowing.
Correa said he will start with a collection of signatures and processes that will lead another referendum, this time for September. He commented that if the query is given, it would have other nuances, like the thought of the mayor of Guayaquil Jaime Nebot, adding: “we propose a complete independence of the judiciary and increase penalties.
The president’s brother said that the main objective is to remove the candy from the mouth of Alexis Mera.”
