Technological Fans Meet at the Middle of the World

This morning was held the opening of a technology event named “Campus Party” in Quito, Ecuador, which expects the visit of nearly 2 000 people who love technology.

Internet enthusiasts who previously registered for this event may enter this show, from 09:00 until 21:00. The event will be held for 4 days and it will show the latest trends in technology, science, entertainment and fun.

About 500 people, including technicians, workers, professionals, assistants and others, polished yesterday the details in the 6 thousand square meters premises. Quito’s Electric Company (EEQ) supplied two power generators for any eventuality.

For geeks who wish to camp, the organizers have installed tents on the south side of the Exhibition at the Middle of the World (Cemexpo), equipped with cots, sheds and more than 150 individual stores.

Likewise, organizer are installing a concrete building so that visitors can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, without having to leave the show.
