Facebook is attacked with porn images

Facebook is the latest victim of a cyber attack. Pornographic, violent self-mutilation and abuse to animals images whose origin is unknown have been placed by intruders on the wall of random network members, who have received messages providing links to pornographic sites.

These links appear on the walls of the users as if they were posted by the users.

It is rumored that the activist organization Anonymous, who had previously threatened to block Facebook with  an attack,  is behind this but there is no confirmation of that yet.

Many of the world’s most famous social network users have complained on twitter and threatened to close their accounts after this incident on facebook.
