Cesar Perez gave statements against Judge Paredes

This morning, the deputy director of El Universo Newspaper, Cesar Perez Barriga, went to the Guayas’ District Attorney to give statements in the complaint against Judge Juan Paredes.

Perez is the third brother in giving testimony in the judgment by misrepresentation and malfeasance against the temporary judge Juan Paredes Fernandez, who sentenced El Universo Newspaper to pay $ 40 million and 3 years in prison for their managers and the former newspaper Opinion editor, Emilio Palacios.
