Hearing Tomorrow on Chucky Seven Case

Tomorrow at 14:00 the President of the Justice Court of Guayas, Francisco Morales, will listen the different views on the preliminary investigation against Judge Juan Paredes, who condemned El Universo Newspaper in the first instance.

According to the judicial attorney of the newspaper, Joffre Campaña, tomorrow’s hearing will allow him to have “an overall judgment of the case”.

Campaña claims that Paredes did not write the sentence of USD 40 million for President Rafael Correa and three years in prison for the managers and former Opinion editor of El Universo.

The lawyer seeks to highlight data of the report of Enrique Ferruzola, where the author of the file gets identified as “Chucky Seven”. MZ
